Tim is a long-time Nevada resident who moved to the Northern Nevada area in 1980. Tim attended Edward C. Reed High School in Sparks, Nevada where he played football and tennis. However, long before he was in high school, Tim knew he had a passion for music.

Playing either guitar or bass, Tim would perform throughout the West with different rock or heavy metal bands. He has been endorsed and sponsored by companies such as Jägermeister, Spector Basses, DR Strings, Coffin Cases, Dirtbag Clothing, and Basson Sound Equipment. Tim feels very fortunate to have had the opportunity to perform for legends such as Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin), share a stage with Pantera, and work in the film Father’s Day, starring Robin Williams and Billy Crystal.

Tim graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BS in Psychology, as well as qualifying for PsyChi – National Psychology Honors. He worked his way through college, often working two jobs all while touring the West Coast on weekends playing music. After playing shows, Tim would be found in the back of the bus or his hotel room studying.

Tim found his HR calling after being hired as a Payroll Specialist at Intuit. There he was able to utilize his soft skills and payroll knowledge and was awarded the highest customer satisfaction accolades many times. His experience includes supporting newly hired employees with payroll technology, answering questions and providing technical support. Tim also worked hand-in-hand with client’s and various Federal and State agencies, resolving his client’s payroll or tax challenges. He also helped write and edit the Intuit Knowledgebase, which is utilized by frontline payroll agents to this day.
