KEELY WALSH

Keely Walsh has worked in human resources for over a decade with experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, project management, and more. Her career has spanned everything from startups to enterprise organizations in a variety of industries. She recently spent several years leading all HR and Operations for a small tech company where she ultimately spearheaded a successful acquisition process.

Her passion for identifying and solving problems before they occur has led to a focus on creating programs that are highly scalable, factor in the future, and help teams fulfill company missions and business goals efficiently and effectively.

Though she has lived in a number of different locations in the US and abroad, Keely is now primarily based in Oakland, CA with frequent travel to Reno, NV. When she is not working, you are most likely to find her spending time with her family, walking her dog, curled up with a book, or on the back of a horse.

The Solutions At Work value that she most identifies with is Humanity. She was led to a career in Human Resources by a desire to help others live healthier, happier, and more purposeful lives.
