McKenzie Nelson

Having spent most of his life in Boise Idaho, McKenzie has recently relocated to Northern Nevada, specifically the greater Reno area. McKenzie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management through Western Governors University. His past career accomplishments include several years as a Quality Assurance Supervisor for a prominent bakery. During this time, McKenzie developed his interest and passion for all things Human Resources. As a coach for a major financial services institution, he specialized in team member onboarding, training, and development. He was successful in creating and implementing specific team member development programs.

He is the proud father of Cooper, a 13-year-old toy poodle, and Luna, a 9-year-old chihuahua/dachshund mix. He is a proficient disc golfer, a prolific airsoft marksman, and an accomplished BBQ’er. He enjoys camping, bicycling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. The Solutions at Work value he identifies most with is relationships. He is passionate about building relationships with others both professionally and in his personal life
