Mercades Nelson

Mercades was born in Nevada but raised and still resides in Boise, Idaho. With an interest in cognitive, social, and emotional human behavior and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. While her interest in psychology continues to grow. She will continue her education path and obtain her Master of Science in Occupational and Industrial Psychology which will also pave the way to earning a Doctorate in Psychology.

She has spent the last several years as a Real Estate Consultant primarily focusing on company growth by creating efficient quantifiable processes and procedures.  As an HR Consultant Mercades welcomes the opportunity to navigate the intersection of human resources and organizational health and is well known for her tenacity and creativity.

Living in Idaho allows for Mercades to escape to the great outdoors and enjoy camping in the several national forests that Idaho has to offer.  When she is not on the trail with friends or her dog she can be found in a kayak on a majestic lake or river.
