Following her desire to continue to help others realize their potential, Nicole decided to return to a career in human resources. Thus, Nicole accepted the position of Vice President with Greater Nevada Credit Union. This allowed her the chance to focus on employee engagement and relations, environment and culture, learning and development, as well as benefits and wellbeing for a $1 billion company. This garnered her the opportunity to lead the efforts for Greater Nevada to earn the prestigious title of Best Places to Work in both 2016 and 2017.
Nicole enjoys being involved in the local community. She accomplishes this by sharing her knowledge and expertise while serving on boards for Emerge Nevada and Crisis Support Services of Nevada. Nicole is an avid dog lover who is blessed with Lola and Pepper. When not in the office you can find her spending time with her family, friends and dogs at her lake side cabin located in the beautiful Plumas National Forest of Northern California.
