Karen Thompson

Karen Thompson holds her Nevada Resident Producer License for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health.  She has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, where she has worked in Organizational Development and Learning, Vendor Relations, Systems and Operations Support, and Client Services.  Karen’s most recent experience was as a Human Resources Generalist for multiple start-up companies across several industries.

The one thing connecting all of Karen’s experiences is her passion for finding and creating meaningful value for those she partners with.  Karen has obtained certifications in ITIL Foundations of Service Management, Six Sigma and Lean Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and is a certified facilitator for multiple tools for assessing teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace.

Karen has called Northern Nevada home for the past 22 years, where she relocated from Wyoming. When not working, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, taking long walks to enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors, or feeling the open air as she rides her Harley.
